Young Hitler in Vienna
Vienna about 1900 was a city full of arts, music and diverse political opinions. Old Franz Joseph still ruled here over the multicultural population of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Young Hitler moved to the capital in February 1908 to attend the Academy of Fine Arts in the meaning to become a famous artist very soon, but he failed the admission test twice. Learn about his lifestyle and all the ideas he picked up in the following years: racism, nationalism and anti-Semitism as well as socialism and conservativism – all that he later built together to his strange philosophy in “Mein Kampf”.
